Refund Policy

1. Overview

Morphology Made Easy is committed to providing high-quality educational resources and reliable access to the programme. This policy explains the circumstances in which refund requests may be considered. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that apply under Irish or EU law.

2. Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered in circumstances including:
  • Technical Issues — Where a technical problem prevents access to the programme and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Non-Delivery of Access — Where purchased access is not provided following an order and payment and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Payment — Where the same order has accidentally been paid more than once.

3. Circumstances Where Refunds Will Generally Not Be Provided

Subject to applicable statutory rights, refunds will generally not be provided for:
  • Change of Mind — Where access has been purchased and the purchaser subsequently decides that they no longer wish to use the programme.
  • Partial Use — Where the programme has been available for use for part of the subscription period and the purchaser subsequently decides to discontinue use.
  • Breach of Terms — Where access has been suspended or terminated because of a material breach of the Morphology Made Easy Terms of Business.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact info@morphologymadeeasy.com.

Please provide:

  • your name;
  • school name where applicable;
  • invoice/order details;
  • date of purchase/payment; and
  • the reason for the refund request.

Refund requests should normally be submitted within 30 days of purchase or of the issue giving rise to the request. We will review the circumstances and aim to respond within 14 days.

5. Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned using an appropriate method having regard to the original payment arrangement. Processing times may depend on the banking or payment method involved.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that a purchaser may have under applicable Irish or EU law. Where mandatory statutory rights apply, those rights take precedence over this policy.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on the Morphology Made Easy website.
