Terms of Business

Morphology Made Easy is an educational programme designed to support the teaching of morphology and related areas of literacy. The service may include:

• structured video lessons;
• curriculum maps and scope and sequence;
• printable worksheets;
• word matrices;
• word sums;
• cloze activities;
• spelling-rule instruction;
• morphology, etymology, orthography and phonology content;
• interactive activities and games; and
• associated teacher resources.

The exact content and features available may evolve as the programme develops.

Access is provided according to the number of teacher licences purchased by a school. Schools must provide accurate information when requesting access. Individual teacher accounts are intended for the teacher to whom they are assigned and should not be shared with unauthorised users. A School Administrator may manage teacher access and class assignments within the Morphology Made Easy platform where this functionality is available.

Orders are currently submitted through the Morphology Made Easy website as order requests. Submission of an order request does not constitute online card payment. Following receipt and processing of an order, an invoice will be issued separately. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the school, contact and invoicing information supplied is accurate. Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice.

A Morphology Made Easy subscription provides access for 12 months from the date on which the school's initial subscription begins, unless otherwise expressly agreed. The licence is therefore a rolling 12-month subscription and is not restricted to the September-to-August academic year. For example, a subscription beginning on 12 December will normally continue until 12 December of the following year.

Access does not automatically renew unless explicitly stated otherwise. Morphology Made Easy may contact the school before expiry to provide an opportunity to renew.

A school may request additional teacher licences during an existing subscription period. Where additional licences are added after the original school subscription has commenced, pricing may take account of:

• the number of licences held by the school; and
• the remaining period of the school's existing subscription.

Additional teacher access will ordinarily align with the existing school's subscription expiry date unless otherwise agreed.

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• keep account credentials secure;
• use Morphology Made Easy only for lawful educational purposes;
• refrain from sharing account access with unauthorised individuals;
• refrain from attempting to interfere with or compromise the service; and
• respect the intellectual-property rights associated with Morphology Made Easy.

Unless otherwise stated, Morphology Made Easy educational materials, videos, worksheets, graphics, curriculum materials, software, branding and other original content are owned by or licensed to Spellings for Me Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Purchasing a licence gives users permission to use the relevant materials for the purposes permitted by their subscription. It does not transfer ownership of the content. Content may not be reproduced, resold, publicly distributed or commercially exploited without permission.
